Bank of the Plains Executive Pat Fallon Receives the 2026 Kansas Ag Bankers Pioneer Award

Bank of the Plains is proud to announce that Pat Fallon, Executive Vice President, has been named the 2026 Kansas Ag Bankers Pioneer Award recipient by the Kansas Bankers Association (KBA).

The Pioneer Award recognizes agriculture bankers who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, leadership, and long-standing commitment to both Kansas agriculture and the banking industry.

Since joining Bank of the Plains, Pat has played an important role in establishing and growing the Hutchinson branch by strengthening relationships with the agricultural community across the region. With over 40 years in banking, his experience and leadership continue to make an impact on our customers, team, and community.
